Minimum Age: Primary renter must be at least 25 years old.

Registered Guests: Only registered guests are permitted. Visitors require prior approval.

Community Registration: Guest and vehicle information (make, model, color, and license plate) must be submitted at least 24 hours before arrival.

Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM. Late checkout requires approval; unauthorized late checkout may incur a $500 fee.

Parking: Maximum of 5 vehicles in the driveway.

No Smoking or Vaping: Strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.

No Parties, Fireworks, or Pets: Parties and events are not permitted. Fireworks are strictly prohibited.

Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Please respect our neighbors.

Inside the Home: Please remove shoes and keep food out of bedrooms.

Bathrooms: Flush toilet paper only. No wipes or other items.

Trash: Secure all garbage in the outdoor wildlife-resistant trash bin.

Community Amenities: Access requires paid passes and compliance with Emerald Lakes Community rules.

Before Checkout: Place dishes in the sink, towels in the hamper, secure trash, turn off lights and AC, and lock all doors and windows.
